U.S School Privacy & Policy

Fee Policy:

Please note that the fee for every quarter has to be paid as per following schedule, Payment options include online, cheque, and cash.

1. Quarter (April -June)
2. Quarter (July-September)
3. Quarter (October-December)
4. Quarter (January-March)

To ease the financial burden of parents, the school allows the payment of fees on a monthly basis. If parents wish to opt for the monthly payment mode, then the last day for fee deposit will be 10th of each month. Parents must pay the fees for the months of May-June and February-March together.

If the parents/guardian fail to pay the fee as per declared fee payment schedule, a late fee of Rs.10 per day, including holidays, will be charged for first five days. Thereafter, a late fee of Rs.50 per day, including holidays, will be charged.

Note: In case of default continuing for more than one quarter without any proper communication in writing, the name of the student will be struck off without further intimation.

In the event of a cheque/draft not being honoured, a sum of Rs.500/- in addition to the bank charges shall be debited from the student’s account.

Sibling Concession Policy:-

50% sibling discount will be applicable on tuition fees of the 2nd child. This is applicable when 2 children of same parent are studying in our school.

In case of 3 children of same parent the tuition fee of the 3rd child will be waived off. No sibling discount is applicable for 2nd child in this case. This policy is applicable, only when more than 2 children of same parent are studying in our school.
School reserves the right to amend the Fee Structure and Fee / Sibling concession policy whenever necessary. The decision of the principal/ Management is final and binding and cannot be challenged.

Withdrawal Policy

A clear calendar months’ notice or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice is to be paid before a student is withdrawn.
In all cases, except at the end of, a calendar months’ notice must be given before a student is withdrawn. Failure to provide the requisite notice will result in payment (or become adjustable against any balance with the School) of Fees for the full succeeding month.
Those who leave the school in the month of May must in all cases pay the fee for the month of June. TC will not be issued until all dues are settled.

TRANSPORT FACILITIES

U.S School’ provides a Government approved safe, secure and child friendly transport system for students. The school has a fleet buses catering to students upto 30-40 KM from each school area.
The transport staff including bus drivers and conductors are well trained and experienced. The school management take care of training sessions and medical check up for bus drivers and conductors with special emphasis on safety and security of children.

Transport

We provide new Government approved buses with experienced & trained staff for all the students. All school buses are equipped with CCTV and GPS. With the availability of seats, students can avail the school transport. Parents should consult the school transport in-charge for the necessary details.
